THEY WERE TIMELY AND TOTALLY FAIR ON PRICE. HE DID NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR HE CHARGED ONLY FOR THE PART TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE $110 IS THE CHARGE TO COME OUT AND DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. HE ALSO GAVE US SOME ESTIMATES FOR SOME OTHER WORK WE WERE THINKING ABOUT. HE DID NOT CHARGE FOR GIVING THOSE ESTIMATES.
