I think that when we engaged her to help sell the house of a neighbor who had just entered a nursing home, Ms. McCullar was not as focused on the job as she could have been. She had some health problems and kept referring to the fact that she should be retired.

She was phenomenal. Her knowledge of the market, foresight in negotation and caring concern was exceptional. I would highly recommend her. Once we started using her, we found a house fairly quickly. We worked with her for a few months. This was our first time using her to find a home but I would use her again without a doubt.
