It has been voted best of the east for the last several years. They just completed I think a $2,000,000 renovation, so they got state of the art equipment. They have excellent classes and those are from everywhere from toddlers to seniors. They have excellent training staff. In the building, they also have a preschool and they have other programs. They do have a daycare and they have got everything from high intensity work outs to palatis. They have got chair yoga they let people who are 80 years old to come and work out every day.

The JCC has an excellent workout facility. We have been members for years. It is clean and friendly and has excellent trainer and equipment.

The locker rooms, showers and pool areas are kept very clean. I haven't
used the sauna or steam room, but it is good to know those are
available. Monthly membership fees don't seem out of line with other
fitness centers; most places don't offer a pool in addition to workout
equipment.The fitness room equipment seems to be up to date. I just wish there were more staff members available to just answer questions and help with the equipment. It seems those who are there are as trainers with private clients.

I was a member for about 6 months. I liked the workout facility. It was wonderful and very clean. Someone was always available if you need them. They also have classes for senior citizens and a swimming pool. They have a lot of additional classes too.

I go there for working out and for inside swimming pool. They have a beautiful facility. I also use the sauna, steam machine and a spa. I have been going there for about 12 years and I almost go there every day; it is like a second home to me. They also have a very good and helpful staff. Someone is always there watching out for you. I pay for a yearly membership and it is about $365.00 and that includes a locker and towels.

In my initial interview with Rick, the fitness manager, I told him I wanted someone who understood the needs of a middle-aged woman and who would push me a bit. While the routines Carol laid out for me were not all that strenuous due to my back issues, she did provide a variety of exercises that I could do on my own, and even called me at home the night before each session to be sure I was going to come!
The best thing about the Mandel JCC is the broad range of exercise options - from gym to yoga and pilates classes to water aerobics -- and for every level. You don't feel uncomfortable there if you're out of shape. All ages, all sizes are there doing their thing at their own pace. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I think the membership fee is not unreasonable for what you get, and I did do comparison shopping before I signed up.

They have a pool, exercise classes, cardiovascular equipment. I like the friendly staff and that the facility has been renovated. The pool service is nice. They also provide community events and have a preschool.

They are very personable and very knowledgeable. They have flexible schedules.

We go there 3 days a week.

I really like this facility. They recently renovated, and they have a great selection of equipment. Also, they are now offering monthly memberships, which I think is nice. I would recommend checking them out.
