Her advice on the sale (readying the house for sale, reviewing comps and pricing, brokers' open and first open house, showing the house, negotiating with the buyers, dealing with utilities, moving companies, etc.) was top notch. Similarly, on our purchase she was patient, listened to and really understood what we were looking for, talked with us about good and bad things in houses we were considering, negotiated well for us, etc. When Linda says she'll do something its as good as done! Also, when you work with Linda, you work with Linda -- not an "assistant" which is the case with so many other high-volume east side realtors. I really felt that we were in good hands with Linda and would recommend her to anyone.
