INSPECTOR WAS EARLY TO THE APPOINTMENT AND READY TO BEGIN ONCE WE ARRIVED. THIS WAS A VISUAL INSPECTION USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING PROPERTY. INSPECTOR APPEARED TO BE THOROUGH AND WAS NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. INSPECTOR DID FIND AREAS OF CONCERN WHICH WE WERE NOT AWARE OF. BECAUSE OF THIS NOTATION WE WERE ABLE TO HAVE THOSE ISSUES ADDRESSED PRIOR TO FINAL CLOSING AT THE SELLERS EXPENSE.
