We have two major problems in our home, which we moved into in March 2013.
1. Granite....The problem is the granite in the kitchen. 
The day the granite was installed, we noticed the Kitchen 4-inch back
splash was missing and contacted our salesperson Linette Arsianian
immediately.  There was much stalling so
we contacted the builder, Armin Guggenheim, United Builders, aka Guggeheim Realty.  Again, there was stalling, so we contacted
the owner of Cleveland Granite who just referred us back to the salesperson.   In addition to the missing backsplash, we
have "pitting" on one slab and the sink (which was installed by
Cleveland Granite) is loose and falling down.  
I expressed my dissatisfaction with the builder as well as Cleveland
Granite and Marble. Our home is new construction and we have lived here for
only 5 months.  We believe Cleveland
Granite and Marble and United Builders, aka Guggenhim Realty, aka Cuttlers Creek LLC,  are responsible for this and should
resolve the situation and stand by their work. The sales person and the builder
signed the contract and we did not see it until after the granite was
installed.  The sales person says she did
not order a backsplash for the kitchen because we brought tile to our meeting
with her and she assumed we wanted a tile backsplash.  We explained the 12-inch tiles we brought to
our meeting were for the two bathroom floors.  
I have made numerous calls to 
Cleveland Granite and Marble and United Builders and explained the situation,
but they do not want to accept responsibility for their mistakes.    
I met with them Armin Guggenheim and Linette Arsianian today and they again refuse to remove the old granite and replace it.  The last thing Mr. Guggenheim said to me today as he was leaving was: "I dont care if I get 20 law suites from these homeowners, I will be out of here soon".
