They are great. I have been going to them for about 4 years now. They are also flexible and my hair lady does such a good job that it is worth it for the quality. A men's hair cut is about $35. A Brazilian wax is about $80. They are very accommodating.

LOVE IT. Have been going there for about 2 years. Currently using Lana and she is awesome! Remembers everything about me and is always a delight to go see.

They did a good job and they were very accommodating because we had a party right there.

I like the atmosphere, it's really nice and they are really good at their jobs. The hair colorist I use makes you feel good. You can tell her what you want, bring a picture in and she always does a phenomenal job. There was only one time I didn't like the cut, she's much better at coloring. She is expensive btu the quality is good. She can be 10 minutes late but it doesn't bother me. I have another appointment in two weeks.

I ARRIVED LATE, SO MISSED MY APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY FIT ME IN A LITTLE LATER. I ASKED IF I COULD GET MY HAIR WASHED WHILE I WAITED. THEY ACCOMMODATED ME and THEN DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR IT. THE PEDICURE WAS GOOD. THE SURROUNDINGS WERE VERY NICE. A GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL. I CAN HAPPILY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

I SCHEDULED A FACIAL AND ASKED DURING THE PHONE CONVERSATION FOR PRICE. THEY SAID THAT WOULD BE DISCUSSED DURING THE VISIT. WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS PUT INTO A ROOM, AND PRICE AND OPTIONS WERE NEVER MENTIONED AND WHEN I INQUIRED, IT WAS TOTALLY AVOIDED. I WAS CLEAR IN THAT I HAVE VERY SENSITIVE SKIN. I WAS GIVEN THE MOST EXPENSIVE FACIAL, AND A LOT OF TIME WAS DEVOTED TO PUSHING PURCHASING THE PRODUCTS USED. IN ADDITION, THE WORK DONE WAS LESS THAN AVERAGE. I LEFT WITH CAPILLARY DAMAGE FROM THE SQUEEZING AND A RASH FROM ONE OF THE PRODUCTS, THAT REQUIRED A TRIP TO THE DERMATOLOGIST. AS A RECENT TRANSPLANT FROM A MAJOR METROPOLITAN CITY, I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CLIENT SERVICE AND A CLEAR CONCENTRATION ON PUSHING THE MOST EXPENSIVE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS. I WAS HOPING CLEVELAND WAS BEYOND TRYING TO BEHAVE LIKE THE BIG BAD CITY ESTABLISHMENTS, AND HAD SPA SERVICES THAT RESPECTED AND HONORED INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS.
