It went extremely well. He called the maker of the logs and talked to their technicians four or five times making certain he had everything the way it should be. He found out that we did not have all the equipment we needed to install the logs. He talked to the manufacturer and they sent us what we thought we needed. Because of our house design he had to make adjustments. He talked to the company again that made the logs. He got everything set. Put the logs in tested them thoroughly and we have had excellent results.
Our family friend said he was just as through and exacting on everything he did at her home with her furnace.
