Great - Susan, the administrator, was extremely prompt and professional. They were able to fit us into a busy schedule and fix an issue that other providers had been unwilling to address. They were great - would highly recommend.

We called this company because they originally installed our furnace, which has lasted for over 30 years. The repairman was the person who installed our furnace. We had to get a new part because the old one was no good. A snake camera was used to look inside the furnace to make sure nothing else was needed. The new part was installed within an hour and our furnace has been working perfectly since the part was replaced. The repairman was very knowledgeable because of his experience and training. I will definitely call this company in the future for maintenance of our furnace.

They come out and inspect and do whatever the annual maintenance is. If we ever need a repair they come out and do the repair. I like them. They do a really good job. We've used them for a while. They're professional. They have good quality of service, reliability, and I just have confidence in using them.

There were up to four people that came and it took over four days to replace the A/C and furnace.  They left the work area spotless and hauled the old units away.  They were very diligent and the estimate was based upon copius measurements.  They were very careful and it was a very difficult installation due to the  positioning.  I'd tell my friends that they would be very professional, reasonably priced and their work would be very trustworthy.

I was told by another company that the boiler may need to be replaced. Archie from Desplinter & Co told me it was intact, and would not need to be replaced at this time. His service has been absolutely wonderful. He has come to my home after hours for an emergency, which is amazing. He is very responsive to my questions, and walked has walked my through some issues over the phone. I HIGHLY recommend him to others!

I have an annual contract with them. They are higher than a lot of places but they do very good work. I used a cheaper company and they didn't know about everything that needed to be done. I have one ongoing complaint but they have more people working for them now.

Excellent. They were on time and worked straight through until the job was finished. Installation was clean, neat and professional. There were no hidden costs. Everyone was courteous and they delivered the product that was promised.

We have to furnaces and two air conditioner and they check them all when they come out. They installed a completely new furnace 2 or 3 years ago. They explained everything and the pricing was fair. They were professional, responsive and punctual.

THIS WAS A SECOND OPINION TO A COMPETITOR'S INSPECTION ON THE SAME DAY WHO CLAIMED THAT THERE WAS A CRACK IN THE HEAT EXCHANGER. THIS INSPECTION CONTRADICTED THE COMPETITOR'S FINDING.

VERY VERY HELPFUL STAFF. WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND A WARRANTY. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
