Crestmont Cadillac

Probably charged me too much. It takes them a long time to figure out what my problem with the car is because they're not selling Chrysler now. I would use them until I get rid of this car.

My husband goes to Crestmont Cadillac, but I think they are too expensive. My husband will use them again. They could be nicer to women, more respectful. They could lower their prices. See I have a PT Cruiser, and my husband has a Chevy. We were going there because they used to handle Chrysler, which is my PT Cruiser. So, I still take it there because they did it in the past. I would never like buy a car from them or anything like that. When my husband calls for something he gets immediate attention and action. When I call, nah, whatever. I think men are pretty much that way.

They are convenient.  When my car needs an oil change or any service they pick up the car and bring you a loaner.  They will also give you a ride home if need be.  The waiting room is nice.  The staff is fine.  I have been been using them for about twelve years.

as noted above:
They are listed as a Rolls Royce sales and service in addition to being a Cadillac dealer. I called to arrange service on a 1985 Rolls Royce that was originally purchased new from Qua Buick in Cleveland, before Crestmont became the dealer. Crestmont service told me they no longer handle that line and cut me short with no suggestions or sense of direction. Very poor business practice.

They painted one side a different color than the rest. They came up with a solution to paint the whole truck. They refused to pay for the mistake, and asked me to pay for it.

They're fair. I've used them for at least six or seven years. I just purchased another warranty from them.

They were my last resort since they were the dealer, but they said they couldn't do it. They gave me a customer service number reluctantly to call to find the parts. They did have the part and finally they did the job. It was very expensive. Two weeks later, the car failed again. They then found out that one more part still needed to be fixed. This would be 7 more days waiting time. They did get the part and installed it. The car is now working but it was a lousy job and I am stuck with them. They didn't take the challenge from the beginning. I had to do the job of finding the part.

Jack Evans Sr, from their service department and Mich Hulvalchick my salesman gave excellent service as well as excellent follow up care and are exemplary of ideal service and sales reps. Their quality makes Crestmont Cadillac better than the rest of other Cadillac dealerships in NEO.

FAILED TO CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN TRANSMISSION, WHICH WAS 1 QUART LOW. TRANSMISSION LATER FAILED ON THE 19TH. THE CAR IS A 1989 CADILLAC DEVILLE.
