CONTEMPORARY FLOOR COVERINGS

We first had them install a quality 1/4" subfloor to ensure the new covering would be even. There are bubbles all over the kitchen where they did not roll the kitchen flooring. They had to remove the toilet to install bathroom flooring, but did not put it back stating that they were not plumbers and that we would have to hire someone to take care of that (cost to me an extra $120). They also removed 1/4" of the height of the floor under two sliding closet doors that did not need to be removed. Now the doors are exactly 1/4 inch too short and the hardware/channel (that is 50 yrs old) is missing, so our closet doors do not function properly. Also the flooring under our french doors is 1/4 in. off due to their mis-measurement, causing a heating/cooling issue. My contract stated that I had to pay at the end of the job and was pressured to pay the company, even though these problems existed. I've tried to call them back 6 times to have them fix the problems, with no response.
