I have had a very successful experience with Consuela Brown of Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty. I attempted to buy a house about 5 years ago, but had a rather negative experience with a rude realtor who didn't listen to what I wanted and seemed fixated on ''selling'' instead of my satisfaction. This time around I had a very professional realtor who took her time to be certain I was pleased. Consuela went out of her way to make certain I found exactly what I was looking for in a house, and showed me every house I was interested in, even if it wasn't one for which she was the representing agent. I found her to be very responsive, patient, and genuinely interested in me being a happy customer. She returned calls promptly, and took me out to see no less than 8 houses. My total out-of pocket expenses did not exceed $2000. Consuela has dismissed all my previous assumptions about real estate agents, and if I sell my house in the future I plan to retain her once again as my agent.
