I have an old computer, and one day I was unable to log on. I kept getting messages that the system could not identify my profile. I couldn't get beyond that page. So I looked on my phone for a repair place that was not far from my house, and I found Computer Repair Doctor. The shop was in a convenient location with parking available. I explained the problem to Kyle, the technician on duty. I left the laptop with him, and a few hours later, he called to say the problem was fixed. I picked up the computer the next day, and it is working fine.
