Concrete Repair
We signed a contract with him saying he would complete the job. He wanted a half down payment, so we gave it to him. It took him about two weeks to just haul away part of the concrete, then he said he didn't want to finish the job because it is too big for him. We agreed to let him quit. He was going to only charge us part of what we paid, but took all the money anyway without giving us a receipt. We checked other companies to see what they would have charged to just haul away part of the concrete and they were charging a lot less.
