We hired them to manage our large warehouse complex and especially during the winter months they were exceptionally terrible about providing snow removal and ice melting services.
The complex has 100 +units and they were very unresponsive and rude to me whenever I contacted them for services.
In the winter the access to the property became useless because of snow and ice.
I would never use them again.
