Snow Removal
THEY STOPPED COMING IN JANUARY. I HAVE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, ASKING THEM TO COME AND REMOVE THE SNOW AND LIVE UP TO THEIR CONTRACT THAT I HAVE WITH THEM, BUT THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED ANY CALLS, AND IF I HAVE SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE, I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY WILL COME AND TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY HAVE NEVER SHOWN UP AFTER SAYING THAT THEY WOULD. THEY DAMAGED THE BOTTOM OF MY GARAGE DOOR, AND THEY FAILED TO REMOVE SNOW FROM THE PASSAGE FROM THE GARAGE DOOR TO THE FRONT ENTRY DOOR. THE COST GIVEN IS FOR THE PERIOD BETWEEN NOVEMBER 15, 2003 TO APRIL 15, 2004.
