Animal Training Service
The motor stopped working. It is under warranty, but they will not replace the unit. They said they don't have any they could send me because they can't keep up with the orders. It hasn't been working for 9 months. Therefore I have the clean the litter when it should be automatically cleaning.

THE PERSON ON THE TELEPHONE WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND TRIED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS THAT I WAS HAVING WITH THE MACHINE BUT IT DID NOT WORK. THEY WERE EAGER TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM ANDI FELT THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE NEW UNIT.
