Jim was awesome and he called within one minute of my request from Angi. His technician ( Matt ) came out to my property exactly when Jim said he was. Matt was fantastic!! Super helpful and was very knowledgeable and communicative. Both of these guys made this experience wonderful. I’m an out of state investor and had a horrible experience with a general contractor and these guys came through to change the locks out for me. I will definitely use them again and I already let my out of state investor buddies know about them.

Quick, efficient, no fuss & no mess. My only negative was he was a little late but aside from that I have no complaints. Job well done and I feel safe again in my home.

It went great. They could have had a serviceman at my location within an hour. Instead the serviceman, Joshua, called to make sure I needed the service and approximately what it would cost to repair it. Instead, Joshua knew what the issue was and told me how to repair it myself. It's not so much that I got away without paying a minimal service charge, it's that I found a contractor I could trust. They will be my go-to locksmiths from now on.

Josh was the installer. He was EXCELLENT! The door was 77 years old and it required more time to install. Josh was fast, very professional and eager to please. Once installed, he went through the trouble of checking to make sure everything worked okay. I would hire Josh every time!! He is a keeper!
