This is possibly the worst automotive service center in all of Northeast Ohio, I was stranded 50 miles from home, and they were the only place able to repair my car. Their initial price quote was well over 800 dollars. I called my regular mechanic and was told that he is ripping me off, who 3 conference the call with his parts distributor. My mechanic told me to have them put the wheels on the car, and have it towed to his location, which would still be 300 dollars less after towing. Upon hearing this on my phones speakerphone, they immediately marked down the price to exactly what my mechanic said he would do it for , solidifying my suspicion that they had artificially inflated the price.
The work was perfomed after roughly 5 hours, and I paid and was on my way , within 6 months the bearing began to fail, with under 4,000 miles being driven since it had been taken in. I took it to Mentor Heisley tire, who told me the bearing was already bad , and to contact monro where it was done. Monroe told me the bearings have a 90 day warranty, and they would replace it for another 350 dollars, a trip to their shop, and nothing else.
I was told this is unheard of in the auto industry and the part was faulty, I had it replaced for significantly less money, by my regular mechanic. I would not recomennd anyone do business with this company, from a pure ethics standpoint. They are unethical at best, liars at worst. They do not stand behind their work , and have corporate dollars as their bottom line, not repeat service.

This was my first experience at this shop. Brought in an older vehicle with a leaky exhaust system. I anticipated a possible hard sell to replace the entire system. Instead, after performing an inspection, they informed me that since it was mostly in good shape they could just repair the leaks or replace at my option. I chose to repair since I don't plan on keeping the car much longer. I appreciated the honesty and integrity which gave me alternatives and ended up saving money.

I haven't had a problem with the check engine light or the brakes since I had the work done (5 months out). The staff was friendly, prompt and courteous. If this means anything the parking lot is always full there, so I figure they must be doing something right, and I know they work pretty quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

CAR WAS TOWED TO PROCARE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. THEY WORKED ON IT ON SATURDAY, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, and ORDERED THE PARTS THAT DAY. THEY WORKED ON THE CAR ON MONDAY, DETERMINED THAT COMPUTER PARTS SUPPLIED BY SUPPLIER WERE NOT THE CORRECT PARTS, OBTAINED CORRECT PARTS, and HAD CAR READY TO GO ON TUESDAY.
