Initially we had concerns that there might be major problems with our foundation. Sean was able to assure us there were no structural defects and that the cracks were caused by the previous structure being attached to the brick facing and not to the main part of the house. Managed to arrange for a network of contractors - concrete, brick layers, carpenter, electrician, heating/air conditioning, plumbing.
