This was my second time using Kane's Service Center. Originally in the dead of winter 2014 the pull cord broke off of my snow blower, and Dave told me how to take apart the unit instead of hauling in the entire machine into the shop. I did, and he had it repaired the next day at a very low cost.
At the time I told him about my gas edger and the issues I had experienced in the past as far as it running smoothly. I also asked about getting the blade to remain upright. He told me to bring in the Machine in March and he could tell me in 30 minutes if it was
worth salvaging or not. I brought the edger in in April. In less than 15 minutes he had it diagnosed for me.
For $48 he sharpened 3 blades and rebuilt the carburetor and also straightened the bent blade. My edger continues to run well for all that work.The people at Kane's are friendly and have always had the work done when promised. I will continue to use Kane's next
season again. He actually over quoted the estimate and delivered with an actual lower price. Nothing wrong with that kind of news!!
Dave also has a lot of spare parts available too, and sells them at far below the prices that the franchise outfits charge!
I will definitely bring my lawn and garden equipment back next year for tuneups, etc. This was a treasured find when I stopped in and asked about my snowblower issue back in December 2014.
His service center is located at the Clague Road exit of Route 90 in Bay Village and is hidden somewhat by the overpass. You might miss this excellent service center and the people who work there.These people deserve your business.

We take our two mowers, one at primary residence and other from our rental, to Kanes every year to have the mowers completely serviced. We are always happy with the price and service we get and we have not had any issues with our equipment after picking the mowers up and running the following season. We would recommend them for the positive experience we have had with our mowers.

I give them an A overall rating, have not had any issues, they explain everything and are great.

They are very friendly and a family operated business. I recommend them for snow blowers, lawn mower, and mechanical work on automobiles. Their prices are also inexpensive.

We love this place. They're very nice, reasonably priced, and don't ever try to rip you off. I would highly recommend Kane's. The only downfall is sometimes they're hard to reach on the phone. Just be patient, they will get back to you and its worth the wait.

The owner was very courteous and professional. Primary business is car repair. I would trust him to do work on my car as well. Experience was excellent. I will not know results of his work until first use of the lawn mower but I am very confident it will run well. I would recommend them to others.

I have used Kanes Service Center many times for auto repairs, and snow blower and grass mower servicing. I have always had very good experience.

Was extremely helpful and explained everything. Didn't do the typical "talk down to the woman" act I usually get from other auto service providers. Prompt estimate on current work needed and suggestions to minimize the cost for other needed repair to A/C compressor. Offered to install bypass pulley (car is too old to repair the A/C) if I could locate one for my make and model. Ultimately got the additional work done also including a new serpentine belt, saving me $$$ over another estimate all told. The latter repair ended up being a bit higher than the original estimate.

Very knowledgeable about cars. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Easy to converse with and work with. Very reasonably priced. All out very good. We discussed things to be done to pass the Ohio e-check.
