INITIALLY MEMBER PAID THE UNITEMIZED BILL PROMPTLY EVEN THOUGH IT APPEARED TO BE $150 TOO HIGH. WHEN SHE REQUESTED AN ITEMIZATION SHE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE ON MANY OCCASIONS, SHE THEN REQUESTED A REFUND OF $150 OR THE OPTION OF CREDITING IT TOWARDS FUTURE WORK. THE S.P. HAS NOT RESPONDED VERBALLY OR WRITTEN AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO REACH HIM BY VOICE MESSAGES. ALSO LEFT MESSY PAINT STAINS ON A WOODEN FLOOR .
