"This member's job has not been completed, it is still ongoing because the member has been arguing with the City Inspector's of Cleveland and our company over the special way he would like things done. The member has received a letter from our attorney's stating that we would like to complete this roof to the codes and satisfaction of the Cleveland Building Department. As of yet, the member will not let us back on the roof. The member is an oxygen patient, who is not been able to investigate his own roof and relied on other's opinion. As of now, it seems that the member would like to debate how to put a roof on rather than get his completed."
"This member's job is somewhat unusual because she does not have drain pipe going all the way around her house. We put in what is commonly known as a "French Drain". This drain is simply a large gravel pit that allows water to leach into the soil. Our company has been registered on and off in Berea for many years, and we get all permits when necessary. The City knows about this job and has never contacted us and as of yet we have not seen any water in the customers basement."
"We did work for the member. The member was happy with the job. The member was going to the bank to get a loan. The member did not return calls to me or the law office handling the case. The member can make payments to the law office. Sam Sapienza, Cleveland Home Improvement"
"It is a problem to go back with small loads of hot asphalt it cools much too quickly. Many repairs have to be done with other bigger jobs when we get in the area. We also have this marked clearly in our contract and it is best to wait 30-90 days to seal asphalt."
