+ -1 moreHe works independently and is absolutely wonderful. He is conscientious; he comes in, doesn?t stand around and talk to you, doesn?t take a long lunch break and just does the job. He is very systematic and organized, and if he can?t do something, he will tell you. It is very hard to find a person like him. He is very reasonable with his hourly rate. He normally charges $15 an hour and you can?t find anyone to do the work that he does for $15 an hour.
Description of Work: Jim Gibbons is an all-around handyman and I have been using him for a year now. I used him to paint three rooms and do full painting on two other rooms. He laid tiles in my bathroom upstairs around the commode and the sink. I had a small leak in my roof and he fixed it about 2 weeks ago. There are some roofs he will work on and some he won’t - it depends on whether it is a high roof. There are limitations on some of the things he will and won’t do but that is very rare.
