He was very nice, seemed to be efficient and I had no problems with his service. He gave us some good advice on what new TV to buy despite the fact he was not selling any, very unbiased info. He was courteous. My only beef was that we set up another appointment and they did not call the next day.

COST OF SERVICE CALL WOULD BE APPLIED TO REPAIRS, IF I WENT AHEAD WITH REPAIRS. SINCE TV WAS 12 YEARS OLD, AND OTHER PARTS COULD FAIL SOON, DECIDED NOT TO GO AHEAD WITH REPAIRS (ESTIMATED AT $185), BUT TO PURCHASE NEW SET.
