D & M HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Description of Work: Paul Defelice, the owner, was to remodel a bathroom -- turning a half bath into a full bath. Additionally, add some baseboard in another room, put a water line to a refrigerator, hang a ceiling fan, and move 2 bathroom lights. Work was stared late each day and quit early. (they worked maybe a couple hours each day). The mess is unbelievable - had work done before; you expect some mess but this is just awful. But, here's the kicker - on Monday, my mother's ipod was stolen. He and his men never came back to finish the job. He doesn't answer calls or emails. In other words, he got the second payment and didn't come back!!!! A job that should have taken 4-5 days was "worked" on for 3 partial days. By the way, making a claim to his insurance didn't really help.
