+ -1 moreI first want to make it clear that my excellent experience was with the new owner of the Wooden Boat Shop, Mr. Butch Davis. The original work that was done on my 1950 Lyman wooden boat by the former owner was a disaster. I paid over $8000 to have repairs done to the hull and got a boat back that started sinking when launched. This happened just before the sale of the Wooden Boat Shop to its present owner, Butch Davis. Upon hearing of my dilemma, Mr. Davis offered to try to make the situation good even though he was in no way responsible for my problems nor did he have any obligation to me. I was blown away. He and his crew dealt with me in a very professional, straight forward manner. I would recommend the new and quot;Wooden Boat Shopand quot; without reservation.
