The Jack P. Gray Company was founded in 1981 as a remodeling company. Over time the company expanded into new home construction and subdivision development. In order to better and more completely serve the customer, Complete Home Services Network LLC was founded in 2006. The local affiliate CHOSEN of Batavia opened in 2008. Jack Gray is the owner of Complete Home Services Network LLC and the managing partner of CHOSEN of Batavia LLC. All work is guaranteed through CHOSEN; with one point of contact for every home service need, know the job will be done right, the first time.

Jack and his team removed the old wall and put up a new one. They replaced my cement steps too and installed the railing. The workers were very curtious and hard working. Jack was great in explaining the materials used and making recommendations. When a free week was available, they were able to start the job earlier than originally planned! I would recommend them to any one who needed a retaining wall, stairs, or has a related project.

They showed up when they said they would be there, they were done in a timely manner and they didn't leave a mess after completing the work. They tuned up my furnace and air conditioning and fixed my whole house humidifier when it wasn't working properly. They did an awesome job! We would highly recommend them.
