We have been using them for awhile now. They come on time for the appointments. They are very careful about their work and answer all my questions well. They are very clean about their work.

I got a quick response to evaluate the problem and follow up service was good.  I thought the price was a bit high but I have always liked their work and my problem was not typical.  So I really don't have anything to compare pricing with.  I will continue to use them in the future.  They are good people to do business with.

I had used SOS before for both a septic pump and a feed line cleanout and was very pleased with their cleanliness and prompt, efficient work. That was in 2009. I called them back last summer and nothing had changed. Still prompt, still efficient, and very tidy. No need to look for anyone else. :)

Great.  On time and job well done.

Driver/technician arrived to my home right on time.  Spent about 2 hours pumping the tank and cleaning it out.  Educated me on how to care for the tank and how to troubleshoot.  Very informative, very thorough.  I've had other people come for the same service over the last few years and none have left the tank in such good condition.  I was impressed!

Went better than I expected. They had nice, new equipment that didn't break down and did not need multiple trips to complete job. Also, there here was very little odor, which is a big plus. Overall, a very professional job and would highly recommend.

I called from the Angle List.  Was able to book the next business day.  Called when they were 30 minutes out.  I met the owner and his helper.  They pumped the septic tank which was full.  Neat and order and professional.  Definitly give them a thumbs up!!!

Good.  At first he said we had a problem because he didn't have a hook to lift our septic tank covers, but we had a hook he used.  My husband was there with him and said all went well and he was knowledgeable.  They were bonded & insured.

I had to find a different service company after another local company was unable to service our septic tank.  The original company I called misdiagnosed the problem as a burned out pump and was only able to pump out the tank enough to give me time to find a capable provider. That was my push to sign up with Angie.  My first call was to SOS.  They were very professional, punctual and went out of their way to fit in a initial visit that day to assess the problem.  It took Rick under two minutes to determine that the pump was fine and that the problem was a switch in the control box.  We talked about other problems that we had experienced with this system from day 1 back in 2000 and the three other companies that had come out since then to unsuccessfully attempt to fix an annoying problem with the pump not shutting off properly.  (This caused the water to frequently go low enough to trigger the emergency pump shut-off and sound the alarm)  Rick assured me that he could fix the problem and proceeded to take the whole thing apart.  There were incorrect floats installed and wiring problems found.  He returned the next day with everything needed to replace the floats, correct the wiring and tune the whole thing to work better than new.  It cost me less to have SOS refurbish my entire system than it did for xxx to pump out half the tank.  It's been a pleasant week free of annoying false alarms so far and I am confident that SOS will be back in a flash if there are any problems in the future. Easy to coordinate with on the phone and schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment they were running late and I had to call to find out when they would arrive. They apologized that the earlier job was worse than expected and arrived at their updated ETA. Wouldn't have been a big deal at all except that I was trying to coordinate scheduling with 2 other contractors that day. The young man that showed up did a great job of explaining our system to us (just moved into this home a couple of months ago), and was very patient with my questions. He was very professional and I appreciated his tips. We've previously used city or country sewer, so it's been a long time since either of us has used a septic tank. Very pleasant experience and we opted to go on their "reminder program" to get periodic checks/pumpings.

These people are wonderful. Rhonda (the owner) will do everything she can to make sure you are treated fairly. She is extremely helpful and concerned about getting the job done right and with the least amount of cost and trouble to the homeowner. I highly recommend this company.

Was very friendly, answered all our questions as we are new to septic tank systems. He was supposed to be getting back with me about cost of adding a concrete riser but, haven't heard back yet, will probably call myself. They did a good job pumping most of the tank. The last time we used someone they only pumped half of it and left the sludge in. This company seems trustworthy and we will use them again for our septic tank needs.

This is a family business I was referred to by a relative, and they were great to deal with. I was new to having a septic system and needed help with proper care and maintenance of it. Rhonda answered my call and was very courteous and promptly scheduled a time for someone to come out to look at my system. Rick was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable when he came out, and he recommended an annual pump out of the system, and a servicing of the motor was required at that time as well (it had stopped running). He took the motor with him for repair, and he had one of his guys stop out later that week to pump out the system. He then returned with the working motor and put it back in place, and everything has been running great since then. He saved me a lot of money by rewinding the motor and replacing some seals and bearings on it, rather than having to replace the motor with a new one. SOS will be coming out annually to check my septic system.
