septic tank
+ -1 moreThe pump worked for 1/2 a day and quit. When I called they did not come out to correct the pump. After several days of calling I called another company who came and rebuilt the pump for another $300.00. Their reps said the pump couldn't have been rebuilt. I still had the old rusted parts in it. Septic Solutions robbed me of $300.00.
Description of Work: The came and cleaned the septic tank on 7/15 and advised me that the air pump was faulty and needed to be rebuilt. They charged me $195.00 for the cleaning which was paid on 7/15. They returned the "rebuilt" air pump on 7/19 and charged me $300.00 which I paid.
