Rick is excellent. He tells you exactly how long it will take and what is involved in doing the work. The price is completely reasonable. He returns calls promptly and arrives promptly. If he had to stop and pick something up at the store and it takes a few extra minutes, he called to let me know. He is completely trustworthy - he even let my dog in and out of the house! I would hire him again and in fact, I have him coming back in the Spring to stain my deck and wash the outside of my windows.

RICK WAS EXTREMELY BUSY AND LET US KNOW IT WOULD BE SEVERAL WEEKS UNTIL HE COULD COME. HE ARRIVED ON THE SCHEDULED DAY A LITTLE LATE (30 MINUTES), BUT CALLED TO LET US KNOW HE WAS RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE. HE LOOKED AT THE WORK TO BE DONE AND SAID HE COULD GUARANTEE IT WOULD BE LESS THAN A FULL DAY'S WORK, BUT UNTIL HE SAW WHAT CONDITION THE PIPES WERE IN BEHIND THE KITCHEN WALL, HE COULD NOT SET AN EXACT PRICE, ONLY THAT IT WOULD BE LESS THAN $350. IT TURNED OUT THE PIPES WERE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. HE REPLACED THE FAUCET UNIT QUICKLY AND EVEN FIXED A DRIP WE HAD FROM A VALVE ON A PIPE IN A BASEMENT...ALL FOR ONLY $50. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXCELLENT VALUE!

HAS WORKED FOR MER FOR YEARS. I RELY ON HIM, AND HAVE GREAT TRUST IN HIM. WILL NOT ACCEPT WORK HE DOESNT FEEL HE CAN DO WELL.
