hardwood floor, home remodeling
 + 0 moreWhat we really liked about working with him and the reason we hired them is because we felt so comfortable having him in our home. Some people think this is strange, but he would come over in the morning and say Honey I m home! That was the atmosphere; it was like being with family. We all hung out. There was a holiday during this work and I made some special food for the guys to have lunch. It was good quality work, but the relationship was more informal than if you were dealing with a total stranger. That s exactly why we hired him. I felt like I was hiring my neighbor. We felt his price was definitely reasonable especially with some of the problems he had to work around. We will definitely have him back out for some other projects. He's a retired Industrial Arts teacher who taught cabinetry, that's how he got so good at working on hardwood floors. He uses high quality materials.
Description of Work: He did bathroom renovations for us. He did the tubs, shower, sink and cabinets, everything but the floors. We used materials that we d purchased from a manufacturer that he recommended we contact. After he finished our bathrooms, we had him back out to work on a hardwood floor. It was a whole lot less work than the bathroom work. They did an excellent job on the floor as well.
