"This customer almost doubled the original contract quantities and specifications once the project was mid-stream and I accommodated the customer and delivered ontime and on budget for the changes that were discussed onsite. The customer failed to pay for products and services rendered."
The installer installed 2 Jim Beam display cabinets. He coordinated with the direct express driver to pick up the old fixtures and drop off the new fixtures for installation. He coordinated with the CVG security and maint. to bring the fixtures in on a 4 wheel half ton furniture dolly. He uninstalled the old fixtures and disposed of them. He removed ceiling panels and drop ceiling attached to top of existing cabinet, and tilework and grout into existing fixtures and removed trim and crown molding from the display. Existing cabinetry was built onsite and connected to adjacent display units and had to be strategically removed in pieces to prevent damage to adjacent units. He worked with the Senco Electrician to disconnect and reconnect power to the LED fixtures. Mike was very attentive, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He made my job of managing the project a lot easier and always checked in with me to give me updates!
