I would definitely recommend Mr. Nichols to anyone who needs a professional approach to surveying. He is very knowledgeable of the law in Ohio and in our County and his experience saved me a lot of money and time. Besides all that, he is a very likable person who is easy to talk to. I learned a lot about surveying; many of the items like how do you start a survey and how do you know you're right when most of the landmarks used in previous surveys no longer exist. Very interesting!
