Motes Lawncare Service LLC

We started using Motes again at the beginning of this summer.  He does a good job and is considerate of what we have in our yard (playset, etc?).  He'll also skip a week if it doesn't need it which I personally appreciate since our last company we used would mow whether we needed it or not and I didn't feel like it was always worth the money spent.

I used Them last summer some time. They did a very good job. They even planted my grass for me and everything.

They are fantastic. They do a good job. We keep using them because they are reliable. The guy did a good job. He did what he said he was going to do. The price was right.

Robert and Rob did a terrific job all around. They were thorough and efficient. The result has improved my property considerably. A bit of work remains because the lack of rainfall this summer and fall resulted in ground that became too hard to dig. Some holes where rocks were removed still need filling and it became too late in the season to seed grass where holes were filled. I will certainly rely on them for further work this coming year.

My new house sits on two lots. The yard needed final grading and seeding. While I got several estimates, none were willing to do the extensive work that was required to produce a well-graded yard with and a well-established lawn. Robert gave me estimates with several options to establish a lawn. Once he received the "OK", he and his crew did a great job of grading the site, which is quite sloped in spots. They removed rocks from an area that was heavily infested with them. The final grading made quite an improvement. Then the yard was slice-seeded and the over-seeded to make sure grass took on the sloping ground. Robert kept a close eye on things, especially since the site is windy and straw has a tendency to blow off quickly. As I was hospitalized for quite a while, he saw to it that the yard was properly watered when no rain was in the offing. Throughout the various stages of the work, while I was incapacitated, Robert sent me pictures to show how things progressed. Now I have a fine yard where there was nothing but poor dirt. Robert continues to mow the yard at a very reasonable price. I'm very pleased with the work that was done, which was, to a large extent, above and beyond what could be reasonably expected. I can't rate Mote's Lawncare highly enough.
