Excellent. Could not have asked for anything more. Pam was a joy to working with. So was Mark and their subcontractors. Workmanship was spot-on. They were courteous in our home. The renovation captured everything we wanted. I would highly recommend them.

95% of my experience was wonderful and there were couple things that I didn't anticipate. It took little bit longer to finish the work than it was expected. They have couple of people working for them. It's kind of a family business. Everything is under warranty for a year or more. I have one more room to be renovated and I will call them back. I would use them in the future.

Pam was a delight to work with. I had heard many horror stories about kitchen remodels from friends, and my architect said Pam was one of only two kitchen remodelers that she liked working with. My GC was very complimentary of Pam and her husband as well. Pam was very particular about measurements and reminded my GC repeatedly about where the measurements were tight (he appreciated this as he didn't want to mess up, either). She also went with me to several granite suppliers as I had trouble finding just the right one (I found it!). She helped me pick out backsplash tile. She or her husband would show up whenever the contractor had a question and resolve it quickly and efficiently. There were no surprises except one great one--the cabinets arrived on my birthday! I love my kitchen, it is beautiful AND a great work area.

WE GAVE HER LOW MARKS IN PUNCTUALITY and RESPONSIVENESS BECAUSE IT TOOK HER OVER 8 MONTHS TO COMPLETE OUR KITCHEN DESIGN. FOR SOME REASON WE WERE ALWAYS ON THE BACK BURNER, SO TO SPEAK. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, SHE'S VERY TALENTED BUT NO ONE SHOULD WAIT A MONTH OR TWO FOR A SMALL CHANGE ON A DRAWING. WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A FUN PROJECT WAS PAINFUL. IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH.
