Mr. Lacy was very punctual and installed the door quickly and professionally. The guy is friendly and a professional. I need to note he is 70 YEARS OLD and has the energy and hair of a 35 year old. I will hire him in the future.

He's wonderful, we call him all of the time. He is reasonable, he does a good job, I just love him. I am the vice-president of our condo association so anytime we need something fixed, we just call him. He is like a jack-of-all-trades. He is getting a little older now so he doesn't do things up high. I've had him do any number of things here in my condo.
He has fixed fencing, fixed our sign, has done concrete work, put in my microwave. I never worry about him not doing a good job or overcharging. He doesn't, he's very reasonable. He's great!

He ran into some trouble on the drainage and asked me what I wanted todo. He said it would be a little more. I have always trusted that he would give me a fair price and he did. We got rave reviews from the owners which is a rare thing.
I have used Lacy for both individual services and also for services at our condo association. That's how I first met him. I have to add one thing and that is that I never worried about him coming into my house. He honest and always does a great job at a reasonable price.

He does things around our condo association and is a nice guy, very professional and, I think, reasonable. I will hire him again in the future.
