JP Construction Concepts is a custom contracting business dedicated to providing high-quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price. Use of experienced, insured sub-contractors is limited to specific fields, for example: electric, plumbing, excavating, etc. All other work is done by the owner, who has over twenty years of custom homebuilding experience in the Cincinnati area. First consultation is complimentary, with all estimates and pricing established up front. This is then put in a contract and signed by the homeowner and JP Construction Concepts , prior to commencement of any project. JP Construction Concepts is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau with many references and happy customers, who frequently refer their friends and neighbors to us. Most of our customers are repeat customers- many have formed a lasting, business relationship with us, and make us their contractor of choice for any home improvement project, whether large or small.
