We bought a house a few months ago. They were supposed to come out and replace the seals on several windows. We called them about a month later because one of the windows still had a broken seal. I spoke with the owner, he said he would come out that week to look at it. Never came out. I called and left 2 messages over the next 2 weeks, he never replied and never showed up. Guess he figured he got paid and wasn't going to follow up to ensure he completed the job and did it properly.

Their services has gone very well. I have used the company for about 5-6 years. I usually work with Mr. Graham and he does great work. I enjoy working with him and he is very friendly. He knows exactly what he is doing. He can make measurements in about 5 minutes and when he comes back he can install the windows in about 10 minutes.
