Developed a roof leak after severe storm, damaging second floor ceilings. Rick responded lightning fast to fix roof leak and came back a couple weeks later to repair the damaged ceilings. Great work, great communication, great results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! A+++++++

I had a job transfer and needed to have updates done on my house to prep it for sale.  The dining room and foyer lights were fairly dated so realtor suggested replacing them and recommended ETA Home Improvements.  Rick was very responsive to my schedule and his work was impeccable.  I got the light fixtures from a local big box store and it was missing a part.  Rick was flexible enough to stick around and do paperwork while I went to the store to get the part.  He went above and beyond.  I got great feedback on the new lights and the lighting upgrade helped sell the house.  A big thanks to ETA.

We had a leaking shower and we had it rebuilt and the guy who came out re-caulked it when we had more leaking from it. He did great. The only issues was that it took a little while to schedule the work out but the work was fabulous and he was quick and timely. We have not had any leaks since. E T A Home Improvements was referred to me through somebody else and so they do a lot of work in Milford and that was important to us because we try to keep our money as local as possible. The guy who came out was very professional. If we need him again in the future, we would give him a call. In fact, I have his number in my cellphone.

Rick and his team are awesome. They remodeled our living room within budget and the time that was quoted. It is now my favorite room!

Rick and crew were awesome! They added a post that was about an inch and a half taller to fix the issue we had with the roof pulling down because the concrete pad sank in that corner, pulling the post and roof down slightly. They also covered an entire wall of our garage with plywood. With everything going on I forgot to remove the things the previous house owners left hanging from the studs. Rick had his crew move it all with no issues so I could keep painting in the house. He also replaced a breaker for us at the last minute. They added two electric sockets above our garage doors and resecured the rails and made the garage doors work! They came in under their quote and did it all in about 2/3rds of a day! They were great from start to finish and I'd definitely recommend them and use them again!

They are very good, professional, responsible, timely, neat and efficient. In other words I would less define them. The price is very good and I will use them again in the future.

Rick Kellerman, President of ETA Home Improvements was recommended to us by our realtor and a neighbor whose basement he had refinished. The glowing reports we received from them were not exagerrated. Rick and his assistant did a FANTASTIC job. 131/2 days start to finish and the price was CONSIDERABLY lower than other contractors we got bids from. Rick put in a full days work with 30 minutes for lunch. He did not miss a day working. His attention to detail was outstanding. Rick also performed some extras such as hanging a heavy mirror, and moving some pieces of furniture from the living room. My wife and I wholeheartedly endorse his work. We will use him again without any reservations

ETA built custom sized gates to match my deck, pressure washed and stained it. In addition, Rick set up forms and poured concrete in various areas around the driveway. He also dug trenches and ran pvc pipe from the gutters under the deck to help divert water away from the house. Top notch quality work - he takes his time and does it right! A++++ service; would recommend ETA Home Improvements to anyone!

Yippee - no more weed-eating the ditch line or raking leaves out it!! The ditch line was very deep and jagged and such a chore to clean. I love my newly covered ditch line and it makes the yard look much nicer and the grass is growing!

Wow, I now have a terrific new shed! He is a fair, honest, trustworthy, and very meticulous person about the work he does. I have recommended him to family and friends and everyone has been very happy and satisfied with the work and product that he did for them.
