The refinishing went very well. All of our questions were answered, trouble areas were discussed, recommendations were explained. At the end of the day Jamie cleaned everything up. When finished we even got information on how to clean and take care of our beautiful wood floors. 3 yrs later and our floors still look good.

They seem to be efficient. They understood what needed to be done and took care of it. The finished result was what I was looking for. I think they did a good job. He got here when he said. They were very professional but we had them go back. There were a couple of details with it they should have caught.

Would have liked a bigger selection of lower priced carpet, but that is my only complaint. The installers I had were great, even carried the old carpet to the basement to be used down there. Did a great job installing the carpet, looks great.

The workmen were superb! They did their job and cleaned up every day after the work was completed. They even dragged the trash to the curb to be picked up on garbage day. I chose this company because of overall cost, ratings on Angies list and on BBB. The company generally lived up to my expectations. There were a few small glitches along the way. The sales rep estimated two days to complete the project; three full days were needed. In taking up the old flooring, the workmen discovered some problems with the adjoining walls that required me to purchase floor trim moulding (added $30 to the overall cost) and a room divider (added $25 to overall cost). The disadvantage of buying the materials myself is that I now need to stain them to match the walls/and or floors. Because of the width of the rooms in which the flooring was installed, the workmen needed to seam the floor. I knew this would happen when the sales rep visited with me. What I did not know is that I would need to keep heavy objects off the seam for at least 16 hours after the work was completed. This was an issue because the installers could not lift and move furniture back to its original location after the work was completed. I really want to commend the installers--Jason and Charlie--they were just superb!!!!

They were great and worked really well with me on price. They also answered all of my questions, we met four or five times before I actually bought the carpets and they were really patient with me. They gave us the option to choose a date when I wanted to get the carpets delivered and the carpet looks great. I am really happy with everything and the way it turned out.

From the beginning Dalton Direct was great we had some timing problems getting the floor installation scheduled it had nothing to do with the company but our work schedules. Dalton had no problems over the rescheduling several times and Mark and Brian Ibold of another company were the best installers I ever had in my home. They showed up on a timing basis, were totally focused on what they were doing, told me when they were leaving for lunch and how long they would be done. The job they did was beyond excellent. If I would have known they were going to do such a good work I could have finished my walls below the base boards and eliminate base boards all together.

They sent the guy out to measure and he forgot to measure the part we had actually paid to do. They then sent the installer out to install the flooring. The installer, when he left just dumped his waste into my front yard, even though I had a dumpster for him to use. They installed the wrong trim color and my floor buckles underneath me and humps in it. I called them immediately and asked that they fix it. They said only your sales person can help you. Said they would have him call me and set up a time to have it fixed. Since then, no one has ever called me back to fix the mistakes.

I LIKED THEM REAL WELL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I REALLY LIKED THEM. THE CARPET STILL LOOKS GREAT. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND ALWAYS LIKED THEM.

I FOUND THAT THE SERVICE THAT I WAS PROVIDED WITH WAS FINE. I WAS GRATEFUL THAT THEY WERE ALWAYS RIGHT ON TIME. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN INADEQUATE TIME LIMIT.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. WE HAVE USED DALTON DIRECT IN THE PAST. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEIR PRICES WERE PRETTY GOOD COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES WE LOOKED AT.

THE SALES PROFESSIONAL WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROMPTLY RETURNED MY PHONE CALL ON THE OCCASION THAT HE WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE INSTALLERS WERE HARDWORKING, BUT PLEASANT. THE ONLY GLITCH WAS THAT THE ORIGINAL MEASUREMENT DID NOT QUITE COVER THE REMAINING FEW STAIRS. THE NEEDED CARPET WAS ORDERED AND COMPLETED THE NEXT WEEK WITHOUT INCIDENT.
