The seal failed on one of our bathroom windows and we needed someone to replace the glass (which we had gotten from the manufacturer as the windows were still under warranty). Dale came by our house to take a look at the window to make sure he could do the job (the windows were an unusual brand)and had said on the phone that if he didn't feel he could do the job, he would try to refer us to someone who could. He was able to do the work himself and even came out on a weekend to do the job. He cleaned up well after his work and was very friendly. I would use him again.

HE DID A GREAT JOB, CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY, TOOK ALL THE OLD GLASS & TRASH AWAY, & DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.
