Cincycraftsmen

Our decision to tile the restaurant floor was a very tough one.  The financial aspect first of all, but the timing issue was a huge deal.  I feel like we didn't have any choice but to go "overnight" with this project.  It just would not have been practical to have construction going on while customers were eating.  I was nervous about bringing this up to the Cincycraftsmen guys, but they were so easy going about it. They opened up their schedule for us and said we will do what needs to be done.!!  I am so glad we chose Carl and Jeremy and would absolutely recommend them to everyone that needs a project done....and done WELL.

The experience I had with Cincycraftsmen was excellent. They expected time frame we were given was met. Cincycraftsmen were professional, prompt, and courteous. They listened to what our plans were, offered suggestions and followed an agreed upon course of action. They had an incredible eye for details. My favorite things about our basement are the amazing tiling work in our bathroom and the intricate work on a frame around a pole in the center of our basement...both things were completed by Carl and were his suggestions. We picked out the tile for our bathroom but Carl suggested some additional things we could do with the tile and I LOVE them. They were done with MASTER skill. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my basement. What started out as an empty cement shell has turned into a work of art and comfort. I am more than happy to send pictures to anyone if I am able to do so on thru this website. Without hesitation I recommend Cincycraftsmen. I could not have wished for a better experience with all the work we had completed. Everytime we need anything completed we call them. We have had all our bedrooms wired with overhead lighting and fans, we have had a very tall great room painted just last week (Feb 2012). We have had them clean gutters, fix a doorbell, replace our handle for our front door, etc. The list goes on and on.
