THE WHITE SEAL GOT ON EVERYTHING. I ASKED THEM TO COVER UP MY WINDOWS, GARAGE DOOR, AND DRIVEWAY SO THAT IT WOULD NOT GET ON THEM. THEY SAID THE SEAL WOULD EVAPORATE. IT DID NOT. I NOW HAVE A WHITE SUBSTANCE THAT HAS RUINED MY WINDOWS, WINDOW WELLS, GARAGE, AND DRIVEWAY AND NOW ALL MUST BE REPLACED. THEY CAME BACK OUT AND REPLACED SOME VINYL SIDING AND SAID THEY WOULD FAX ME THE ESTIMATE AND I NEVER RECEIVED ONE. IT WAS AT THIS POINT I NOTICED ALL THE SEALANT AND I CALLED NOTIFYING THEM THAT I WOULD NOT PAY UNTIL IT WAS CLEANED. THEY CAME OUT AND CLEANED MY GARAGE DOORS, BUT NONE OF THE SEALANT CAME OFF. TRIED CLEANING ALL OF THE DAMAGED AREAS, BUT NOT ONLY DID IT NOT WORK BUT THEY RUINED MY WINDOW SEALS COMPLETELY. I HAVE PAID THEM FOR THE BRICK SEALING AND NOTHING ELSE. THE TOTAL JOB WAS TO COST $4200.
