Best saved the day when another repair company failed to show up to service our warranty. They had our dryer up and running in no time. Unfortunatly, another problem occured soon after. At this point, we were out of warranty so we called Best to help us again. We were happy with their professionalism and quick response. Our repairman Scott took a lot of time assessing what was behind our many failing dryer parts. He got us back up and running. I totally appreciate the honest information he shared about the fate of our dryer. He bought us some time in deciding to go for a major costly repair or look for a replacement. I would highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs!

I bought a GE oven with a Home Depot 5 year extended warranty.
A burner broke after 3 years. Home Depot scheduled me with another company (Sprint Appliance) that came & did the diagnosis, but never followed-up on commitments & phone messages.
After Home Depot returned my money, I worked with Best Appliance -- very very professional & courteous.
Calls were always returned, commitments were followed-up, first schedule was for New Years Eve and once the parts came in, we scheduled the fix (and it lasted only 20 minutes)!  Before coming, Scott called me to tell me he was on his way.
Will use this company again, for all my appliances. No games -- only honesty!  Love an honest broker!

Scott gave a 3 hour window, and called 15 minutes before he would arrive.  He was able to diagnose the problem, had all the tools necessary, had a replacement part on the truck, and had the refrigerator running quickly.  He stayed long enough to be sure it was cooling and freezing properly.  He was very pleasant and professional.  I highly recommend Scott and The Best Appliance Repair.

Mr. Slone was recommended to me by a friend.  He was very accommodating with my work schedule and arrived promptly as scheduled.  He quickly determined the source of the leak and replaced the broken part.  When finished, he thoroughly cleaned his work area and left my laundry area spotless.  I was very satisfied with the work performed and his professionalism.  I would definitely use Mr. Slone again.
