Our business is built on the outstanding relationships we forge with our customers and our commitment to serve them the best we can. We offer free estimates and small design fees that are waived if Beautiful Earth is used to execute the work. Our current hourly rate is based at $80.00 per man-hour. Material costs are based on the current industry pricing.

Where we had issues was more on the upfront scheduling and the actual completion of the work, both of which were down mostly to the busy time of year that we had engaged them I think. It took us a few weeks to get the initial estimate from them which we approved immediately and asked to schedule the work. This is the part that ended up taking quite some time (~2 months). late spring is always busy for these guys, so I understand that there are only 24 hours in a day, but I would have liked better updates and communication on the status of our job along the way. Once they got started, it ended up taking longer than anticipated which was somewhat inconvenient due to some get togethers that we were trying to schedule at our house.
Overall, I think they do some great work and are great guys to deal with, I just think this past spring must have been a super busy one for them and we got caught up in all of that. I believe that if you can catch them at the right time and get scheduled right away, you will love the end results.
