Gutter Cleaning
When the employee told us he was finished and gave us the bill, I could see from our upstairs window that one of the gutters had not been cleaned. The employee apologized and said that he forgot that area and proceeded to clean it. I asked him if there were any other areas he forgot and he said no (most of our gutters cannot be seen from our windows). By chance, another company had to replace a broken downspout two days later, and they found a lot of leaves at the top of it, so that was another area the employee ''forgot''.

THE COMPANY WAS WILLING TO SQUEEZE US IN ON SHORT NOTICE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY POLITE. A GREAT DEAL IN A PINCH! EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE.
