I had a pipe burst and they sent someone out right away. I’m thankful they came so quick and fixed it. Quinn was professional. I’m glad my home insurance sent this company.

Straight garbage. Unprofessional, sloppy, and incompetent. They replaced a 50 gallon hot water tank with a 40 gallon short, left water all over the basement floor, took my tray, replaced my expansion tank after saying it was good, left 2 gas leaks on the gas line, left the tank in the middle of my driveway, and tried charging me for the expansion tank and pipe modifications that they had to do because they put in a smaller tank. Then had the nerve to cuss at me when I complained. Not sure how they’re still in business. Total scumbags.

I had an Appointment on Wednesday they called at 7:56am. I missed the call. Remind you my time slot was for 10-2 as the time was approaching 2pm I called the office and inquired about my Appointment she had the nerves to get smart with me and tell me that the guy called and I didn't answer. I said he left a message to call the office and that's what I'm doing. She contacted the guy and said he's running behind and won't be able to make it out today. She said what about Thursday I said no. Do you have anything for Friday? She said she could squeeze me in for the same time. Needless to 2:01 rolled around I called the office again she stated that he's running behind and he'll be out between 3-4. Guess what it's now 4:40 and no phone call and the office is closed. If I hadn't paid for the service through my home warranty I would find someone else. NO STARS FOR ME. ?? Find another company. Nicole G.

I would give this review a 0/10 if I was able. This contractor was assigned by my home warranty. As I sit here writing this 7 weeks have gone by and the repairs are still not completed. I had to call the warranty company and ask for another contractor to be assigned today after MANY attempts to resolve this (20+ calls to them). What should have been a simple repair turned into a nightmare. My shower faucet handle was replaced, but replaced improperly. A secondary repair was identified and never made. Each time I would call I'd receive a different story from "oh yes we will get that taken care of" initially to "we're waiting for authorization; it's on the girl's desk" for weeks on end. Finally, I was told that the repair was closed and new claim would have to be submitted when THEY improperly installed the handle and failed to resolve the second issue included in the initial claim. Several requests were made to speak to a manager (Tim) who was never available and never returned my calls. Several requests were made to speak to the person "requesting authorization" after this was pending for weeks with no return call. Not once did she return my calls. Finally, I told them that I wanted a return call or I would begin posting these reviews and calling the BBB at which point they hung up on me. Today I called to speak to "Tim" again and once I stated my name I was hung up on. Absolutely shameful. Jodie and Bonnie, who sound to be grown women, provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Barbaric that there is no way to contact a manager (no e-mail or voicemail I was told and certainly no return calls). Oh, and the e-mail on their website and FB was returned to sender when I tried to contact someone that way. Overall, an example of how NOT to do business.

If you have an appointment, be ready for them to not show up, they're infamous for canceling appointments. The good news about that is, by them not coming out, they're not going to have the opportunity to botch the repair work. I have about $1,000 worth of damage in my basement because their technician failed to tighten the clamp on the hose to the garbage disposal, so when we ran the dishwasher, all of the water went straight down into the basement! My ceiling is ruined, my couch is ruined, my expensive rug is ruined. All of my electronics are soaked. What was their response? "We'll send a technician back out".... The damage is done!! I'm the furthest thing from having a clue about how to do any plumbing, but any idiot knows how to tighten a screw on a clamp. Unless they don't!! Now I'm the one getting screwed, and trust me, they know how to do that screwing!! Shame on you if you allow these people in you home. You might as well do it yourself, even if you don't know what you're doing, because they don't either! You've been warned!!

If you have any choice whatsoever of using any other company, use them. Don't think about it, don't consider it, do it. I was referred to them through my HSA warranty and they have cancelled the day of twice and could care less that this was an emergency. didn't offer any suggestions on how they could help, told me that I was welcome to find someone else. This is two days off of work only to be stood up day of both times. The office lady was rude and again, didn't offer any other suggestions of help other than I was welcome to find someone else. Needless to say, I will never let my insurance company send this company to a project again. I suggest everyone do the same.

Shower was functional before they came out. Before they left, the fixture was damaged and the shower would not shut off. I tried contacting to get them to come back out to fix the damage they caused but kept getting the run around. I had to hire another plumber to come out and replace the entire shower unit due to the damage they caused I highly recommend you stay clear of these people

Called Wiese @ 5:45 pm. The company sent out Andy, who was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. This company has on-call service from 5-9 pm. Andy came within 1/2 hr and took care of the leak. He made sure all faucets were working before he left. I have used this Company before and will definitely use them again.

Totally unprofessional.  Frankly, I wouldn't let this company anywhere near my house again.  This company was brought in because I have a home warranty after buying the house earlier this year.  I had a leak develop in the dining room with water running down the electric light  from the ceiling above. We shut the power off to that room.  From the time I talked to this company it was 3 weeks before the leak was fixed.  The leak was from a drain in the upstairs bathroom.  The cut a whole in the ceiling of the dining room and put a sleeve with clamps on the line and  connected  galvanized pipe to plastic pipe, usually a no-no.  Then comes the best part.  While cutting a hole in the drywall, the plumber destroyed the drywall and then threw it away.  Now there is almost a 2 square foot hole in the ceiling that has to be repaired.

We recently moved into our house & have had 3 different plumbers from Weise out to the house on multiple occasions. There were a number of hidden plumbing problems which our home inspector did not catch (& really could not have caught unless his inspection involved living in the house for awhile!). Some of these issues were fairly complicated & involved a quite a bit of investigation. They have been persistent in figuring out the issues & repairing them. All of the plumbers have been professional & hard-working. Our favorite is Tom - he is a master!

After many phone calls, most of them not returned, on 10/29/15 - 11 weeks later - they called to say they had the part.

In speaking to various employes of Weise it came to light that the plumber went on a 2 week vacation without turning in the order.  Then he told his employer he needed to come back to take a picture of the connection under the sink.  That was a lie.  He took that picture while I watched the one and only time he came.  Various people who answered the phone didn't seem to know what happened to my order, said they would check and didn't call back.  One finally called back a few weeks ago and said it was coming.  2 weeks ago I called and spoke to a different person who seemed alarmed that I had been waiting so long, told me she was calling Moen and would call me right back.  She didn't.

In the meantime I called another plumber on Angie's List - Mackin & Son - and had a whole new faucet put in as it seemed I was never going to get the part I needed.  Mackin came on 10/29/ and installed the new faucet.  About 2 hours after he left, I got a call from Wiese that the hose had arrived.  I told them that after 2 1/2 months I had given up on them and had another plumber put in a whole new faucet.

Needless to say, it cost me a lot more money to get a whole new faucet than it would have to replace the hose, so I am totally disgusted with Wiese Plumbing, Heating and Drain.

we had a leak in our ceiling. they came out.. they took my 75 dollar service fee and said this is standard and someone would come out the next day to start the process. 6 days later, i never got a call from them even though HSA said they could come out.
When i called back the service tech that called me (it was his cell phone) he started yelling and screaming he's doing his job and its the main office fault they can't do their ******* job and leave him alone.. what a great representation of their brand. ABSOLUTE JOKE.. I can't get a single person to even call me back... Then after calling the main office and saying what happened they sent someone out who eventually fixed the job. The service tech called me the F word and because i used HSA i had no other option since i already paid 75.00. I never lost my cool with the guy on the phone, i only called his number after nobody in the main office would pickup.. (right to voicemail) I only had his number because he called me the first day he came out. To add insult to injury his diagnosis was completely wrong and I did not need a new replacement pipe... just some culling around the drain.. DO NOT USE THEM.

I was not initially very happy with them as I called my home warranty company Wednesday night and they were unable to come out until Friday. Troy offered to come out on Sunday to replace the tank which I thought was very nice. However, he didn't make it Sunday as the rains caused a number of sump pump failures. They did have Mark out there by 11:30 Monday. Overall I was happy with their service, as I thought Troy did a good job of explaining what would happen with American Home Sheild Warranty involved, and following up with us. Both servicemen called before they came out, and arrived promptly afterwards, and Mark cleaned up any mess. I was not anticipating as good a service as we got, based on the other ratings on this site. The cost to us was $60, but that is because the warranty company picked up the cost of the water tank, the permit (100!) and the expansion tank (125).

I was told that the faucet was stripped and the whole set up would need replaced. I took 5 trips and major wall cutting to get the new faucet replaced. They said due to code that the 3 piece set up had to be changed to a single lever. Therefore they had to cut into the wall. They broke whatever tool they were using to cut the wall, had to fix that and come back another day. They melted that face plate during the install and had to go get a new one. I took 3 nonconsecutive days to get this faucet fixed. The wall cutting caused major dust all over the bathroom. What a mess to clean up.

I had to call them to come back to adjust the shower. The cold water setting was turned on too high therefore causing a lukewarm shower. They came to adjust with no issue and no extra charge.

Was given a half-hour window on two separate days (yes, that is complete days that I took off of work)...
First day the plumber never arrived...was never called...I had to call them...We called their office 3 separate times over a 5 hour span (yes, five hours!!!)...she gave me excuses about how his last job was taking longer than expected...on and on...she was incredibly rude...finally had to reschedule...
Second day was the same story...I just called after they were now an hour and a half late and told them nevermind...
Based on the other reviews I should not have been surprised, but my warranty said I had to use them...but would rather pay out of pocket than deal with any more of this unprofessional-ism...
I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

They've been generally good. We had a leak in our heater and that one was kind of unfinished so I don't really know what to say. I don't remember how much I paid to them. Their service was really nice but I'm not sure if it really fixed the problem. They made two visits to fix the same problem.

Our gas water heater went out on 12/3. I called our Home Warranty thru HSA to repair/fix at 7:30AM. They told us Wiese would be the contractor(no choice when using HSA) to come out and check unit for approval to replace. Wiese would call us soon. They did not call by 8:30AM so I called them. They called back at 9:50AM to let me know someone would be there in 20-30minutes. Service guys from Wiese arrived at 10:20AM. They checked unit and verified it was bad. There were several other things they said they had to do to bring up to code and modifications to connect to new water heater. They gave me price and itemized. I have no idea if these were legit but they are not covered under the home warranty and were extra costs to me. The HSA warranty doesn't cover these additional costs which is a different subject/review.

Wiese came back the next morning to install. The guys were good, got things done, and cleaned up pretty good. All together a new water heater cost me $455 total ($75 deductible to HSA and $380 to Wiese for extras). The whole process went better than expected considering it has a home warranty. Most of my frustrations were with HSA home warranty not Wiese.

Wiese did a decent job overall.

Three trips out, two home warranty deductibles to fix a leaky toilet, and I ended up fixing it myself. HSA is reimbursing one of the deductibles after I filed a complaint.

Weise was assigned to us by our Home warranty company HSA to replace our furnace and water heater. They installed the new furnace beginning of november and the wate heater 2 weeks after. Since the installation of the furnace, we saw a technician every week because the furnace was stopping.Once they found the problem ( after 3 or 4 visits) , it started leaking...It took 3 other times for their technicians to find the problem. Finally, the city inspector came and didn't approve both of their installations. So they still have to come back to fix the problem. They were responsive and came each time quickly but it should not take so many times to have a furnace and a water heater properly installed. This is now going on for 2 months!
