After many phone calls, most of them not returned, on 10/29/15 - 11 weeks later - they called to say they had the part.
In speaking to various employes of Weise it came to light that the plumber went on a 2 week vacation without turning in the order. Then he told his employer he needed to come back to take a picture of the connection under the sink. That was a lie. He took that picture while I watched the one and only time he came. Various people who answered the phone didn't seem to know what happened to my order, said they would check and didn't call back. One finally called back a few weeks ago and said it was coming. 2 weeks ago I called and spoke to a different person who seemed alarmed that I had been waiting so long, told me she was calling Moen and would call me right back. She didn't.
In the meantime I called another plumber on Angie's List - Mackin & Son - and had a whole new faucet put in as it seemed I was never going to get the part I needed. Mackin came on 10/29/ and installed the new faucet. About 2 hours after he left, I got a call from Wiese that the hose had arrived. I told them that after 2 1/2 months I had given up on them and had another plumber put in a whole new faucet.
Needless to say, it cost me a lot more money to get a whole new faucet than it would have to replace the hose, so I am totally disgusted with Wiese Plumbing, Heating and Drain.
Our gas water heater went out on 12/3. I called our Home Warranty thru HSA to repair/fix at 7:30AM. They told us Wiese would be the contractor(no choice when using HSA) to come out and check unit for approval to replace. Wiese would call us soon. They did not call by 8:30AM so I called them. They called back at 9:50AM to let me know someone would be there in 20-30minutes. Service guys from Wiese arrived at 10:20AM. They checked unit and verified it was bad. There were several other things they said they had to do to bring up to code and modifications to connect to new water heater. They gave me price and itemized. I have no idea if these were legit but they are not covered under the home warranty and were extra costs to me. The HSA warranty doesn't cover these additional costs which is a different subject/review.
Wiese came back the next morning to install. The guys were good, got things done, and cleaned up pretty good. All together a new water heater cost me $455 total ($75 deductible to HSA and $380 to Wiese for extras). The whole process went better than expected considering it has a home warranty. Most of my frustrations were with HSA home warranty not Wiese.
Wiese did a decent job overall.
