"Thats interesting. I gave her a price, and clearly stated the price included ALL the work that may have been needed, and that we would only repair what needed completed for safe environmental operation. The client had sewage back ups. Im very happy she managed to find another contractor who completed the job. Im wondering if that contractor is licensed, bonded and insured. If I do work I deduct the service call charge. The service call charge was clearly stated before I went to the property, and 40 plus years experience I drove by this property and a new system has been installed. I spent over an hour explaining her options and pricing. I sincerely hope she and her family did well.."
"Pump failure and alarm sounding was the reason for the inquiry. Explained we don't do electronic service work. That requires a "service contractor" who is licensed to perform that type of work. I'm guessing Andrew K was concerned that he did not receive a call from someone licensed to do the work."
