 + -1 moreHis estimate was a little vague and I was not sure what work the $535.00 estimate included. I was not sure if the top four courses of brick were to be replaced or retuckpointed.
Description of Work: He provided an estimate to project, roof, and removed top four courses of brick and replace with new brick. Also remove chimney caps and repaint, ground motor from the roof on up and replace with new motor and provide a new concrete crown wash on top of chimney.
